We manufacture and supply all kinds of big forged shafts, forged discs, forged rings, forged cylinders, flanges, forged rolls, steels and etc for large machines, the mining industry, power station, shipbuilding industry and so on.
As an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer, our capabilities include forging products up to 16 meters in length and discs with diameters reaching 2000mm. With an annual production capacity ranging from 100,000 to 150,000 tons, we stand as a premier manufacturer and supplier of forged rolls, blocks, shafts, gears, crankshafts, and other components.
We have the complete set of smelting equipment and 1600 tons of hydraulic forging press set, this fast forge machine set with high production efficiency, great control accuracy, and energy saving. Which has the production capacity of smelting big forgings below 60 tons and forging large forgings below 25 tons. Products involved in the petrochemical industry, electric-power industry, auto industry, shipbuilding industry, engineering machinery manufacturing industry and etc.
Other main production equipment: 40 tons of electric-arc furnace, 12 tons of intermediate frequency furnace, 40 tons of LF refinery furnace, 70 tons of annealing furnace, 40 tons of VD vacuum degassing furnace, and etc.
Furthermore, we do various standard quality tests all the time, including Ultra Test and Mechanical Test, hardness test and etc to make the best product for customers.
